This class is meant to stimulate our parasympathetic nervous system, the part of our nervous system that slows us down. bringing us more into a place where we can easily rest and digest, a place where we can do our best healing.

Props: have a couple of blocks at the top of your mat they might just take some of those lunging movements easier.

Start: sitting on a blanket(s) or sitting up in a chair
